2. Orders

• Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or by email. Ensure all details provided are accurate to avoid delays.
• Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but an acknowledgment that we have received it.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. If we do not accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, refunds may not be available due to custom production processes.

4. Custom Printing

• Design Submission: Clients must provide print-ready files in the format specified on our website. We are not responsible for errors in the submitted designs.
• Proof Approval: A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve the proof. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
• Production Time: Standard production time varies based on the complexity of the order. Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: We offer shipping across Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and order size.
• Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for assistance.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom printing, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, or an error was made on our part.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or exchange

7. Intellectual Property

• Client’s Rights: Clients retain all rights to their artwork and designs. By submitting designs to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for production purposes.
• Company’s Rights: We may use images of completed projects for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
